What is remedial massage? It is a relaxing, deep tissue massage releasing tension and knots quickly. The intention for remedial massage is not only relaxation but also therapeutic to help with pain, chronic conditions and injury. Remedial massage is beneficial to everyone. It is not painful and the therapist regularly checks in with you on the amount of pressure so treatment can be fully customised to suit your unique needs. We provide deep tissue trigger point therapy which helps release those stubborn tight knots however, many clients actually drift off to sleep while this is happening. Some of the benefits of Remedial Massage include: Relaxation and reduce stress Stimulate blood flow and circulation Move more freely: release muscle tension, stiffness and discomfort Reduce pain Focus and treat specific areas of pain or discomfort Increase range of movement Improve posture Good for the immune system and detoxification Improved skin tone Remedial massage might also be part of an ongoing treatment plan for an injury or condition in conjunction with your GP/Physiotherapist/Chiropractor. Over the clothes massage is available.

Cancellation Policy

Please note we need at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will need to pay 50% of the session cost or forfeit 50% of your voucher value. Thank you for understanding.
