Service Description

This hypnotherapy session is a relaxed, heightened state of mind, where we can focus without distractions in a safe environment. Your body is relaxed but your senses are heightened. You are fully aware and in control where you can explore your unconscious mind. Your unconscious mind will always protect you and will only reveal what you are comfortable with. Often, what comes up for you happens internally and you don't need to share with the therapist if you choose not to. You can use these tools in many other areas of your life too. It is like a domino effect. What we solve in this session together will have a flow-on effect to others aspects of your life as well. You are actually being de-hypnotised. We work together to remove the old conditioning, patterns, beliefs, schemas and what you have been told about yourself. These are brought into awareness from the unconscious. Then you can integrate these new learnings consciously and they won't hold you stuck any more. You must be ready for change and, ready to let these old ways go for this treatment to reach its full potency. It is okay if you have some doubts and feel like you can't do it all on your own. It takes courage and commitment to get help when you need it and it certainly makes your transformation faster and even more powerful when you do. However, it is really best if you have reached the stage of no longer being willing to carry the burden of this habit, fear or blockage in your life anymore. You feel completely fed up, exhausted by it and want radical change. It's at this point our work together becomes the most powerful. Cancelation Policy

Please note we need at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will need to pay 50% of the session cost or forfeit 50% of your voucher value. Thank you for understanding.
